It is a New Year.

Not only does the calendar flip to 2013, but this is my birthday month…making it officially the beginning of my own personal New Year.

And it’s a big birthday: 40. I don’t fear it, I’m not worried about and it doesn’t cause me any level of panic.

I’m thrilled, I’m excited, I’m looking forward.

This year, my new year, is one of changes, of new beginnings. Of big LEAPS.
