My kids love those little muffins you buy at the store in the individual packages. You know, the ones that are so yummy, soft and sweet? But, they’re full of preservatives and who knows what else AND they’re not very good for my grocery budget. Those little packages are expensive! So, I set out to make my very own that the kids could have for breakfast, snack or even take in their lunch boxes for a treat. But, I didn’t just make any muffin, I made them with healthier ingredients so that I could feel good about giving them such a sweet little treat!
